Metal forging is known to produce some of the strongest manufactured parts compared to other metal manufacturing processes,

and obviously, is not just limited to iron and steel forging but to other metals as well. At present, our factory only provide carbon

and alloy steel forging service.

Metal forgings can be small parts, or weigh as much as 350 kgs. and can be classified die forging and open-die forging. Die forging

means a tooling(mould) used, and this is the process in our factory. It can produce products nearly finished or need a little machining

work. That means reduce material cost and machining time. Forging parts in our factory include shafts, structural components, railway

parts, agri-machinery gears, connecting rods, elevator safety parts ect..
