Stainless Steel Valve Body Castings

The solenoid valve body plays a import role when the solenoid valve working. So the body needs meet some requirements. 

Our stainless steel casting valve body has the following characters:

Heat resistance: the shell of the solenoid valve needs to have good heat resistance characteristics. On the one hand, the 

temperature of solenoid valve will rise during continuous operation, which may cause the casting body to contact a certain 

high temperature. On the other hand, some solenoid valves need to be used in higher temperature environment.

Non-corrosive: the valve body should have good corrosion resistance, which can not be easily damaged due to corrosion, 

otherwise it can not maintain a stable structure, which will affect the normal operation of the solenoid valve, but also is not 

conducive to ensuring the application safety of the solenoid valve.

Impact resistance: as the shell part of the device, the shell of the solenoid valve needs to have good impact resistance, which 

can effectively resist the impact of various external forces on the solenoid valve in use, and maintain a stable structure for a 

long time.
